A Dual Shot injector, giving the user a (addictive) boost to healing.

Requires Move Action and healing surge (unless bloodied)
You inject yourself. You spend healing surge. Instead of normal hit points regained, you gain 1d8+1 hit points. If you are bloodied, and have no healing surges- you still regain these hit points. If neither of these is true, there is no effect.
